Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13216 of 2020 dated 28.08.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13216 of 2020 dated 28.08.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13216 of 2020 dated 28.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on the first working of every month at 10:30 a.m until further orders.. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.
