This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.9 of 2021 on the file of Inspector of Police, Thirupathur Town on the ground that the complaint does not disclose any cognizable offence for investigation and in view of the insolvency of the 4th accused Saravanan. Nothing survives in the complaint.

2. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that investigation has disclosed the offence under Section 120B, 417, 420 and 506(ii) of IPC and therefore, final report filed vide e-filing No.LTN20230003096C202400013 on 12.02.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thirupathur, Vellore District.

3. In the light of the above fact, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report if so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 28.08.2024 Vv 2/4
