When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent has issued show cause notice in proceedings in C.No.55/2019, dated 26.2.2019, directing the petitioner to submit an explanation within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same was received by the petitioner. The petitioner has agreed to submit an explanation for the aforesaid show cause notice issued by the respondent.

2. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and submit an explanation to the show cause notice, dated 26.2.2019. If any such explanation is received, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
