ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Lakshminiarayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice on behalf of the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner challenges the order of the second respondent dated 31.08.2009 and 17.08.2010 in and by which, the compensation has been fixed by the second respondent for the acquisition of his land. Seeking to enhance the same, he also made representations on 30.09.2010 and 18.02.2013. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application for enhancement of compensation if it is otherwise in order and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
