Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station on every monday at 10:30a.m until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11559 of 2020 dated 04.08.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11559 of 2020 dated 04.08.2020 to report before the respondent police on every monday at 10:30a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11559 of 2020 dated 04.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as an when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.
