CR.NO.3 OF 2010 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in the order dated 18.09.2015 made in Crl.A.No.585 of 2015 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.BALAJI Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.RAVICHANDRAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- It is represented on behalf of the Respondent / Prosecution that the Petitioner / Appellant had not appeared on 07.03.2016, 01.04.2016, 01.08.2016 and 05.09.2016 respectively. Since the Petitioner had violated the conditions imposed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.A.No.585 of 2015 dated 18.09.2015, this Petition is dismissed for non adherence of the conditions imposed.
