Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 13.03.2014 made to respondents immediately and to investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 13.03.2014, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.64 of 2014 and the same was closed on a compromise that was arrived at between the parties.
