This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to serve copy of the amended plaint to the respective counsels appearing for the defendants.

2.The learned counsel for the 1st and 2nd defendants on instructions would submit that they are agreeable for partition as prayed for in the suit.

3. The learned counsel for the 3rd ad 4th defendants seeks time to get instructions.

4. The learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff would submit that he is not pressing A. No.823 of 2018 and the said statement is recorded. Accordingly, A. No.823 of 2018 is dismissed as not pressed.

5. Post the matter on 02.12.2021.
