This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10253 of 2024 dated 26.04.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Sunday at 10.00 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
