Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition "(c) The Appellant shall appear before the Trial Court every day and if he is not able to appear on any day due to unavoidable circumstance, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 of Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the Trial Court on the next day in lieu of his absence, as directed by the Trial Court. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3060 of 2020 dated 06.03.2020.
2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is complying the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3060 of 2020, dated on 06.03.2019 regularly and he seeks to relax the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate has not disputed the said fact.

4. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition imposed by this Court, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further Orders.
