ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to enquire, investigate and to register a case on the complaint given by the Petitioner dated 27.12.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.25 of 2015 for offence under Section 145 Cr.P.C., and they have referred the matter to the Revenue Divisional Officer for enquiry since, the police apprehend breach of peace on account of the claim between the petitioner and the counter party.

4.Recording the said statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to appear before the Revenue Divisional Officer.
