The miscellaneous petition has filed to grant leave to the petitioner to file a petition to Re Call the order dated 21.04.2026 made in WP.No. 15646 of 2026.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the impugned order before the appropriate authority.

3. In view of the above, this Court without interfering with the merits of the case, is inclined to close the petition. Accordingly, the writ miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
