When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and the same has become infructuous. In view of the above submission, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected C.M.P. is closed.
