These petitions have been filed by the petitioners to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd appellant R.Kumarasamy; to condone the delay of 2123 days in filing the petition to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd appellant and to bring on record the petitioners 13 to 15 herein, as appellants 13 to 15 in S.A.No.1685 of 2008.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed. Necessary amendments shall be carried out. 4.Post the second appeal on 12.08.2024.
