This revision seeks for a direction for expeditious disposal of HMOP No.437 of 2021 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Ponneri.

A perusal of the E-Courts print out shows that even the pleadings have not been completed and the matter has been adjourned for mediation, awaiting the report of the mediator and for completion of pleadings.
