ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to to direct the respondent police to file a report as directed by the District-Munsif-Cum Judicial Magistrate, Pechampalli, Krishnagiri District by an order dated 14.09.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.2873 of 2017.

2. It is seen that inspite of the order dated 14.09.2017 passed by the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Pechampallli, Krishnagiri District directing the respondent police to file a final report on or before 28.09.2017, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the report is yet to be filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate request further time to file a final report.

4. As a last opportunity, the respondent police is directed to file a final report, pursuant to the order passed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.M.P.No.2873 of 2017, by the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Pechampallli, Krishnagiri District dated 14.09.2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
