O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to forthwith defreeze the petitioner's bank Accounts bearing Nos.4912500100746401, 016010100136372, 1154155000170130, 2915101005336 and 17651000011836 maintained with the respondents 2 to 6 respectively.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the first respondent has already informed the respective banks to defreeze the accounts by his letter dated 14.06.2019.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court, since the relief sought for by the petitioner has been achieved due to de-freezing of the bank accounts.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
