This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 30.01.2014 which has been made for re-transfer of village revenue records and Adangal in the name of the petitioner, from the name of the fifth respondent and also to issue patta. 2.Mr.B.Anand, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. None appears for the fifth respondent. 3.Considering the scope of the prayer involved in this writ petition, the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to consider the representation dated 30.01.2014 made by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the concerned parties, including the fifth respondent.
