This Criminal Original Petition has been filedto direct the 1st respondent to forthwith de-freeze the Petitioner's Bank Accounts bearing Nos. 33068024290 and 4912500101676501 maintained with the 2nd and 3rd respondents respectively. 2.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the first respondent has already informed the respective banks to defreeze the accounts by his letter dated 14.06.2019.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court, since the relief sought for by the petitioner has been achieved due to de-freezing of the bank accounts.
