Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2015 at the earliest possible.

ORDER
By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in M.D. Elementary School, Melvailamoor in the transferred place of one Mrs.Sulochana and she joined in the service on 04.10.2010.
3.The claim of the petitioner is that the Headmaster of the said M.D. Elementary School submitted a requisition to the fifth respondent through the sixth respondent to regularise the service of the petitioner in the month of October 2011, but the same has not been considered by the fifth respondent so far. 4.The petitioner would further submit that she has been working in the School for the past five years without any salary and therefore, she sent a representation dated 22.09.2015 to the first respondent, which is not yet disposed of. Hence, the present writ petition.
5. Heard the submission of Mr.K.Gandharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
6. This Court, considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner without going into the merits of the case, directs the fifth respondent to consider the proposal sent by the sixth respondent and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2015 and pass orders on merits and
in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
