JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the sole plaintiff submits that pending suit, the sole plaintiff died in the month of September of 2017 and no steps is taken to bring the legal representatives of the sole plaintiff on record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the sole plaintiff, the civil suit is dismissed as abated.
