This Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 1st respondent to forthwith de-freeze the petitioner's bank Account bearing Nos.4912500100945401 and 1154172000011873 maintained with the 2nd and 3rd respondent respectively.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the first respondent has already informed the respective banks to de-freeze the accounts by his letter dated 14.06.2019.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court, since the relief sought for by the petitioner has been achieved due to de-freezing of the bank accounts.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
