[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.16890 of 2013 dated 09.07.2013, wherein this Court directed the respondent to register a case, if any cognizable offence is made out.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] appearing for respondents.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] appearing for respondent submits that upon completion of enquiry, a case was registered in the case. He further submits that after registration of case, the parties have arrived at a compromise and hence, the final report was filed as 'action dropped'.

In the aforestated circumstance, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
