O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to forthwith de-freeze the petitioner's bank Account bearing No.4912500101001101 maintained with the 2nd respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the 1st respondent has already informed the respective bank to de-freeze the account by his letter dated 14.06.2019.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court, since the relief sought for by the petitioner has been achieved due to de-freezing of the bank account.
