Prayer in Crl.OP No.7462 of 2015 :- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the 1st respondent to give police protection to the petitioner, pending disposal of the above Crl.O.P. For Petitioner : Mr.Mahaveer Shivaji For Respondents : Mr.C.Emalias Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

2.On the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and she has appeared before the respondent police and in her written statement, it is stated as follows: "I have lodged complaint in Commissioner Office regarding this. So, I don't wanted to take any action for that complaint. I wanted to be with my family. I also want to continue my studies. I have no intention https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to stay with him anymore. I should not get any problem from his anymore. Please ensure that I am not disturbed by him anymore in furture."

3.In view of the above, these petitions are closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the police, whenever she is being disturbed by the said Murugan and on such complaint, the police shall take necessary action against the said Murugan, in the manner known to law.
