This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12401 of 2022 on 25.05.2022 to report before the respondent police until further orders and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
