ORDER

The petitioner seeks a mandamus simplicitor seeking disposal of two separate appeals dated 18.02.2023 and 13.11.2023 challenging proceedings in Rc.19/2014/BCE/Unit-III dated 12.01.2023 and 11.08.2023 on the file of R2.

2. Mr.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for R1 and R2 would accede to both the receipt of those appeals and the pendency of the same. He would assure the Court and the petitioner that the appeals would be disposed within a period of eight weeks from today, in accordance with law and in line with principles of nature justice. Let the time frame as above be adhered to strictly by the respondents seeing as the petitioner is a senior citizen.
