O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to furnish the details of Mr.Ashokraj, who has been given employment in petitioner Registration Number 11481/98-A10/3623/04, based on the petitioner's representations dated 28.08.2017 and 25.09.2017.

2. The petitioner, having completed S.S.L.C and Higher Secondary examinations successfully, registered his name in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Employment Exchange, for which he was issued with Reg.No.11481/98-A10/3623/04. However, instead of giving him employment, the first respondent erroneously given employment to one Mr.A.Ashokraj in the petitioner's employment registration number. After taking notice of the same, the petitioner submitted representations dated 28.08.2017 and 25.09.2017 to the respondents 2 to 4 and since no response is forthcoming, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.

3. Mr.N.Sakhivel, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents sought for two weeks time to consider the pending representation.

Placing on record the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 28.08.2017 and 25.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
