(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for condoning the delay of 96 days in filing the above Writ Appeal S.R.No.69867 of 2022 as against the order dated 05.03.2020 passed in W.P.No.20881 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioners. Despite the service of notice and the name of the respondent having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on his behalf.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
