2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original of an 'order dated 18.05.2023 bearing reference No.9798/Tha.Ku.3/2023' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of convenience and clarity].

3. Dr.S.Manoharan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submitted in the hearing that the petitioner was served only with a copy of the impugned order though this has not been articulated in the support affidavit. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, we make an exception in this matter making it clear that such lapses may have to meet negative consequences in the days to come.

5. The above reason qua dispense with prayer in captioned WMP is acceptable.
