Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing thearguments of M/S.M.VENKATESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. B. MOHAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES,on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of condition imposed in M.P.No.1 of 2011 in Crl.A.No.669 of 2011 dated 21.10.2011.

2.Heard both sides.

3. This court while granting bail to the petitioners, pending Criminal Appeal, directed the petitioners to appear before the Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri (Special Court for Schedule Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989) on the first working day at 10.30 a.m. once in three months until further Orders.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are regularly comply with the condition imposed by this Court.

5. The learned Special Public Prosecutor, for CBI cases also submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court and has no serious objection to relax the condition.

5. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners is totally relaxed.
