Crl.MP.No.12852 of 2022 and Crl.OP.No.10780 of 2017 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., This Petition has been filed to grant a further period of 4 months to complete the investigation and to file a final report as per the directions given by this Court by order dated 09.08.2021 made in Crl.MP.No.7206 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.10780 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl,Side).

3.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition. Hence, three months time is granted to complete the investigation and to file a final report.

Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
