A.No.3040 of 2021 in C.S.No.277 of 2017 A.No.3040 of 2021 in C.S.No.277 of 2017 N.SESHASAYEE.J., This case is connected with C.S.No.343 of 2012, and in the connected suit, certain applications were taken out by the plaintiffs 2 to 4 to implead the legal representatives of the deceased first plaintiff and those applications came to be allowed.

2. In the present suit, the deceased first plaintiff in C.S.No.343 of 2012 is the sixth defendant and it necessarily requires impleading her heirs. Some of her legal representatives are already on record and only one person viz., Mangai has to be now impleaded as a party defendant/proposed defendant in C.S.No.277 of 2017.

3. Mr.R.Balachandran, learned counsel takes notice for the proposed 9th defendant, and he undertakes to file vakalath for the proposed defendant.

4. Heard the learned counsel on both sides. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is ordered and the plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the suit.
