By order dated 11.04.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose A.S.No.19 of 2019 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Now, the learned Subordinate Judge, Rasipuram has requested this Court to grant further period of six months to dispose of the aforesaid case.
