Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, Government Advocate Order This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and fix the boundary stones of the petitioner's land situated in Villupuram District, Gingee Taluk, Se.Pattai Village, in Survey No.20/1A,

20/2A1, 22/1A, 22/3, 23/1A, 23/2C, 24/1C, an extent of 125.655 Acres i.e., 3 Acres 10 1/2 cents as per Challan No.2026/0123/07/000207 dated 20.01.2026.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in possession of land and property in Villupuram District, Gingee Taluk, Se.Pettai Village, situated in S.Nos.20 to 24 and he has made an application vide Challan No.2026/0123/07/000207 dated 20.01.2026 to the 1st respondent to survey and fix boundary stones of his land and the same has not been considered by the respondents inspite of repeated representations and hence, he has come forward with the present writ petition.

3. In reply, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's application dated 20.01.2026 will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 20.01.2026 on its own merits, and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
