O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to set right the error crept in the FMB in describing the extent comprised in S.Nos.43/2 and S.No.43/3, Nochili Village, Pallipet Taluk, Tiruvallur District, on the basis of the report of the 4th respondent bearing Na.Ka.2232/2021/B1 dated 06.12.2021 and confirmed by the 3rd respondent by communication Na.Ka.4315/2021/A4 dated 18.03.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the 4th respondent has already sent a report to the 3rd respondent recommending rectification, on which basis, the 3rd respondent also sent a report to the 2nd respondent. However, no orders has been passed so far. Hence, the present writ petition.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that orders will be passed by the 2nd respondent.

In view of the above, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass orders on merits, based on the proceedings of the respondents 4 and 3 in Na.Ka.2232/2021/B1 dated 06.12.2021 and Na.Ka.4315/2021/A4 dated 18.03.2022, respectively, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 20.06.2024 gya Index : Yes/No 3/4
