PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.,to give direction in the nature of order or orders to the respondent, to conduct investigation and file a final report in earliest possible time in Crime No0807 of 2014 for the offence 294(b), 324 & 506(ii) IPC pending on the file of R-11 Police Station, Ramapuram.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.807 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.807 of 2014 and further action has been dropped on 07.01.2022.
