This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 11.02.2022 passed in I.A.No.162 of 2021 in O.S.No.6 of 2021 on the file Page No: 1/3

of the learned Subordinate Judge at Udhagamandalam.

2. During the course of the hearing, today the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit in O.S.No.6 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Udhagamandalam has been disposed of by its decree and judgment dated 05.04.2024.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Suit itself has already been disposed of, in our considered view nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition for further adjudication.
