This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2619 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16 of 2022 on 02.03.2022 to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
