O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the present petition and taking into account that this Court by an order dated 07.10.2016 passed in Crl.R.C.No.196 of 2016 had directed the trial Court to expedite the proceedings. There shall be direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Permabalur to expedite the proceedings in P.R.C.No. 56 of 2015 and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
