ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to provide electricity service connection to Shri Kasandi Amman Kulatheiva Thirukovil situated in Survey No. 59/5B, bearing patta No. 77 at Moongilpadi Village, Salem district, based on the petitioner's application bearing Reference No. 200044580326256 dated 03.03.2026 upon receipt of necessary charges within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioner would be considered subject to the payment of all requisite fees and dues.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would pay the appropriate dues, fees, if any due, forthwith.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is directed to pay all the requisite fees and dues, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such payment, the respondents are

directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass appropriate orders, within a period of ten days of such payment.
