This petition has been filed to implead the Tahsildar, Makkinampatti Panchayat, Pollachi South, Pollachi, as the fifth respondent in the writ petition.

The learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the proposed fifth respondent and he has no objection to the Tahsildar being added as party respondent in the writ petition.

In view of the above, this petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
