[Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.,] Inspite of earlier order of this Court dated 11.12.2020, no inspection has been carried out in the site and premises, which is under the occupation of the petitioner and therefore, this Court by order dated 28.04.2021 has directed the respondent to appear before this Court.
2.Accordingly, the respondent present before this Court through video conference.
He would submit that because of the election duties, he could not carried out the inspection. However, the order was passed as early as on 11.12.2020 and the elections were declared only in the last week of February 2021 and almost he had three months time. Therefore, the respondent is directed to file an affidavit with regard to as to why action should not be taken against him, for violating the Court's order, under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act.
3.For appearance of the respondent, call the matter on 14.06.2021.
