The petitioner herein apprehending harassment on the complaint given by S.Merlin Kamalesh is before this Court seeking protection from harassment on the ground that it is purely a civil dispute wherein the police is interfering to harass her.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on notice states that the complaint given by the said Merlin Kamalesh was enquired and closed directing the parties to work out their remedy before the Civil Court.
3. The allegation that the 3rd respondent police harassing the petitioner is incorrect, since the complaint made by Merlin Kamalesh been closed as mistake of fact and there is no necessity to pass order in this writ petition except recording the fact that there is no complaint against this petitioner.
4. With this observation, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 19.06.2024 Vv To 2/4
