ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought clarification regarding the order passed by this Court. He also submitted that the presiding officer of the Family Court has wrongly interpreted the order as if I.A. Nos. 7 and 8 of 2026 in O.P.No.1955 of 2023, filed to reopen the case and recall P.W.1 were entirely set aside.

2. However, as per the order passed by this Court, the revision petitioner (wife) was permitted to cross-examine P.W.1. The condition imposed by the trial court was not accepted by this Court, though three months' time was granted to complete the trial proceedings.

3. The learned trial Judge, however, has not adhered to the directions of this Court and has erroneously interpreted that the entire application was dismissed. It is clarified that the revision petitioner is permitted to crossexamine P.W.1 and proceed with the case, and that the conditions imposed by

the trial court stand set aside.

4. The learned counsel further submitted that certain documents from the Mental Health Centre, Chennai, are to be produced.

5. Considering that the petitioner has custody of a four-year-old child born prematurely, this Court is inclined to grant time. The condition imposed by the trial court in I.A. Nos. 7 and 8 of 2026 in O.P.No.1955 of 2023, on the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai, is removed, and the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the proceedings. No specific time limit is fixed by this Court.

6. In view of the above, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 24-04-2026 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes rri
