This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of proceedings in C.C.No.293 of 2013, pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Namakkal to Judicial Magistrate No.1 or Judicial Magistrate No.2 Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District. 2.The transfer petition has been filed on the apprehension that the petitioner will be threatened if he attends hearing before the Court below.

3.The Calender Case is of the year 2013 and at this length of time, this Court is not inclined to transfer the proceedings. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Namakkal to complete https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the proceedings in C.C.No.293 of 2013 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it has not been already disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
