Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.6999 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8973 of 2021 dated 22.07.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.SELVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 22.07.2021, this Court had already granted extension of time to the petitioner. Again, this petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions in Crl.M.P.No.6999 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8973 of 2021 dated 15.06.2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the conditions in Crl.O.P.No.8973 of 2021 dated 15.06.2021.
