The writ petition is filed challenging the rejection order passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.A4/2237/2020 dated 28.09.2020 and consequential direction to issue legal heir certificate to the petitioner.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.11.2020, the learned Government Advocate was directed to get appropriate instructions in this regard.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the Legal Heirship Certificate as required by the petitioner was issued to the petitioner in Certificate No.720200319942 dated 30.11.2020.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also confirms the same.
5. Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
