This petition is filed to condone the delay of 123 days in filing the appeal against the judgement dated 12.12.2023 on the file of the Special Court for POCSO Act, Nagapattinam in Spl.S.C.No.34/2020.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
