O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 7.8.2019 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.Arul Doss, learned Govt. Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 1st respondent already fixed the date for enquiry on 12.11.2020 at 4 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the 1st respondent has already called the parties for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct the enquiry after affording opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 and pass orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
